Media Release for Members:
- Each Member agrees to give permission to the Releasees and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Media”) Members and their guests, and to display, publish, or distribute said Media for the purpose of publishing, posting on the KSC website, posting on social media sites, and/or for broadcasting on print, television, or radio as determined by the KSC board or directors.
- Each Member agrees to waive any right to approve the use of these Media now or in the future, whether the use is known to the Member or unknown, and to waive any right to any royalties related to the use of this Media.
- Each Member understands that the Media may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the control of the Releasees. Each Member agrees to not hold the Releasees and/or partners responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
Media Release for Trainees:
- Each Student agrees to give permission to the Releasees and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Media”) Students, and to display, publish, or distribute said Media for the purpose of publishing, posting on the KSC website, posting on social media sites, and/or for broadcasting on print, television, or radio as determined by the KSC board or directors.
- Each Student agrees to waive any right to approve the use of these Media now or in the future, whether the use is known to the Student or unknown, and to waive any right to any royalties related to the use of this Media.
