Member Expenses:

To file an expense with the purser, simply send an email with some simple info included.

KSC Expense Reimbursement Form

You must always ask before purchasing items for the club and expensing them. Each director has an allocated budget and you must get their approval before purchasing. For instance, new lines for a boat must be approved by the Harbourmaster.

NOTE: The purser will send you an e-transfer to the email that you used to send the expense with the money owed once the expense is processed. The answer to the question “What colour is my boat?” will be cherryred.
